Unfocused Saturday

****Please check out, enter, and tell all you know about my first ever Giveaway! ****

I am taking a sick day. Today marks the third day of my fever so I must now admit I am sick.

First, I would like to thank everyone who offered up advise on what to do for an upset stomach. I have taken heed. DH purchased a rather large supply of Ginger Tea and Reed's Premium Ginger Brew. I also am using my trusty heating pad, so I may just pull through this.

Upon waking I realised I had slept 10 hours and pondered if I should get up or not. Then it dawned on me how wonderful it has to have teenagers. Please do not get me wrong, I miss their younger days, they grew too quickly and I did not do everything I had wanted to do with them! However, it is because they are older that I was able to sleep those blessed 10 hours. Because they are older I do not have to worry about how they will eat. I know that today they will bring me tea and toast. They will also do their chores, work on homework, go for runs, and probably go out with friends. Having teens is not all sunshine and flowers, yet for now, it is bliss.

A few more things before I take some sinus medication, sip some tea, read and hopefully fall back to sleep.

Mom Most Traveled is having many fabulous giveaways right now, but one in particular has me hoping I win. She is giving away a shirt from OrginOne. OrginOne is "couture for a cause" and promotes racial unity across all countries. If you want to enter the contest visit Mom Most Traveled.

I will be hosting a Valentine's Giveaway on Monday and I am rather excited, so do come back to see it. Please have a look at my current giveaway for a Bazil Essentials Fire and Water Gift Set.

Wishing everyone a fun-filled weekend.

I hope you feel better soon. I am with you on the having teenagers thing too. I do miss my boys being little but I am so glad we are ate this point where they are independent enough to take care of themselves.

I hope you feel better soon. You just enjoy some quiet reading time, keep that hot tea coming, and sleep, sleep, sleep. :)

I guess it's about time I switch your button out. Your colors are different. Why didn't you yell at me?

The tv show I told you I still had to watch was GREAT! It took me 2 hours but I really enjoyed it.

Talk to ya later!

I hope you feel better soon! And for all it's worth, I'm sick too. The baby gave it to me! I'm congested, achy, a bit tired, and jealous that my husband is only congested but feeling great otherwise. Tis the season.
