I love going to the coast.

I never went anywhere on spring break. What I enjoyed the most was staying up late with my friends and sleeping in.

Now, I am going to tell you what it WAS since with 2 babies we do nothing over spring break (except this year I had surgery whoop whoop).

I used to love to go to the Colorado River/Lake Havasu. Oh the days of beer bongs, bikini's and way too much alcohol... those were the days...

Sleeping in. :-)

Sleeping in maybe? That's not happening much around here this year, the babies won't get with the program.

I LOVE all of the things that are going on at museums during Spring Break. We're in Houston, so on Spring Break it's always fun to head to NASA for their big Spring Break celebration. This year it was a pirate theme. It's usually raining on Spring Break, so we HAVE to stay indoors.

if i ever got a spring break, it would be to go to a beach, lay out for a week, and dine at great outdoor restaurants in the evening :)

don't forget it is FREE GIVEAWAY FRIDAY! at my blog, and this week's giveaway is beautiful!

When teaching my favorite part was not having to lesson plan and get dressed up for work every day. Now with the kids we have not done much. This year Passover is over our spring break, so that will limit us a lot.

I've never really done much for Spring Break, even in my school years. In the 3rd grade we vacationed to SC for my grandparents 50th anniversary. That's about the biggest thing we did.

It used to be going to the beach. That was before I woke up and realized someone had stolen my hot, tanned body. And how did I accumulate all of these kids and the stuff required to drag down by the sea? I'm with Kailani sleeping in is now my fave:)

Just looking forward to not having to get up early and do the whole morning rush routine. We'll hang out, go to the movies, bowling, have friends over, whatever we want.

We never did anything for Spring Break when my kids were young except go to the park and do family things.

The Tucson-Sonora Desert Museum has just become our newest favorite thing to do in the spring, fall & winter! It's mostly outdoors & has so much to discover & do. Going back time after time is not a hardship & is in fact a blast!

I have never done anything special for spring break.

So I guess sleeping in?

Sad to say I have never really enjoyed spring break. My son is off next week and I will be working, then my sitter is on vacation the following week so I will be off all week while my son goes to school. Talk about bad timing. I do like prepping my garden stuff during this time of year.

I like going south. Somewhere warm. Walking on the beach and boardwalk.

Our Spring break for the kids is next Month. I look forward to spending time with them outdoors. We try to do day trips here and there or just hanging out on the deck is nice too.

I haven't really done the whole Spring Break thing in a while since my daughter is not yet in kindergarten. But...I do usually take a summer vacation and my favorite spot is Mazatlan, Mexico. It is across the way from Cabo, but it's soooo much cheaper and secluded.

Hi Jennifer...
I'm visiting from SITS! For Spring Break (April 6-10th), we'll be in Vail, CO. learning how to snow ski! I'm a nervous wreck, but am willing to try anything once! Have a good one!

We had a great time in Hawaii. I think it might have to become an annual tradition!
