Aloha Friday

T.G.I.F!

The question for today is: What is your favourite novel?

This is a very difficult question for me as I enjoy so many. I am going to list a few in no particular order, because I cannot choose just one. Reading Lolita In Tehran by Azar Nafisi, In the Time of the Butterflies by Julia Alvarez, The Count of Monte Crisco by Alexandre Dumas, Wuthering Height by Emily Bronte, and Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.

Visit An Island Life for more fun Aloha Fridays.

I don't know that I have one favorite. I love books. For me, reading a book is like watching a movie. It plays out in my mind in living color.

If your talking classics than just about anything written by Jane Austen. Modern than just about any David Weber, Tanya Huff or Anne McCaffrey. Well & Stephenie Meyer as well as Jodi Picoult.

'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho. Nowadays I'm reading his another book 'Veronika decides to die' which is also amazing. He writes on fulfilling your dreams.

I would love your answers on my question at http://eatntravel.pk Thank you

Wow, that's a hard one. I've read so many and enjoyed so many.

I'll agree with a previous commenter, however, and pick The Catcher In The Rye by J.D. Salinger.

My Aloha Friday

Oh, I AM ashamed. I do not read very often. I just don't have time for it. BUT, I loved the C.S. books from the series with The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe.

Hmmm...I don't read as much as I used to. It's hard to find the time with two little ones. I like the classics by Dickens, Jane Austen, etc.
