Do These Pictures Inspire Confidence-Thoughts of a Stroke Survivor-Take Me Back Tuesday 2006

My friend Kari of A Giveaway Addicted Mommy
decided to start a meme that would focus on getting all those non-digital photos computerised while having a wee bit of fun on Tuesdays.

Welcome to Take Me Back Tuesday!

After my stoke in 2006, I needed some very specialised tests and I was sent to this location, in a city I had never been before. The view did not inspire confidence.

Neither did the view across from the parking lot!

The building, part of a very well respected hospital was a HUGE improvement. Can you see me waving?

A closer view. Great thing about having a brain "attack", no one thinks it odd that a person is waving out a window, especially one wearing big, fuzzy hot pink jammies.
*To answer a few questions: We were told to wear jammies or a sweatsuit, I do not own a sweatsuit. I know I am the crazy jammie lady, but I do have my limits, not many, but some ;) This is pretty much what winter looks like in my small part of the world. None of those cars are mine. And finally, yes I am indeed holding a purse, water bottle and a gigantic bag, along with a knitting bag. No, I never did get to knit.

You can participate and/or check out other Take Me Back Tuesday posts at A Giveaway Addicted Mommy.

(giggles) yes lacking in confidence at first sight of the buildings and the surrounding area. BUT, look at you now, some years later being all marvelous and stuff.

Your here, your alive and trying to be well, I'm so glad you exist in my world - just so you know.

(hug) oh and I love hot pink fuzzy jammies! Cause you know PINK is my color. ;)

Well, the place was lacking in curb appeal! They obviously did a really good job though. I'm so thankful you made it through all that and are with us today to share the memory. Have a great week!

Many hugs.........

Diane
