Looking Forward-Aloha Friday

Seeing how it is Friday, today's question is going to require as little brain power as possible.

The question for today: What are you most looking forward to this weekend?

This weekend we have absolutely nothing on the schedule (yay!) and I am looking forward to curling up with my cat, a carafe of coffee, and getting lost in a good book or two!

Visit An Island Life for more fun Aloha Fridays.

Big D and I are participating in a Mud Run on Saturday. It's 4 1/2 miles of running and USMC obstacles, as well as some marines yelling at you along the way. We are a team with my friend and her hubster. Should be fun. I hate running and mud though. Aloha and take care.

Not a lot going on this weekend or most until the middle of October. Almost all of the Jewish holidays fall out Sat/Sun over the next month.

I'm looking forward to Sunday, because that would mean my busy and stressful Saturday will be over !

Jennifer
That sounds like a wonderful weekend ahead.

I might just do that myself, or knit or watch some movies, curled up with my dogs and cat of course :)

Aloha!

Will the birthday parties ever end?? We have one more this weekend...
Oh and the girlfriend is coming over tomorrow... I just need a day off.

Not sure. My blog is being moved to WordPress at the beginning of next week with a new layout. That's exciting! ♥ Happy Friday! ♥

Great question! I'm looking forward to my youngest son's dedication Sunday morning, followed by spending time with loved family members and friends eating good food!

We're finally having family pictures taken. The photographer I found before was a total flake - she cancelled our first session and never showed up for the second. My baby will be 7 months next week; I wanted pictures from him at 6 months, but this will do. Besides, he just gets cuter and cuter! I'm so excited to have fun, contemporary pictures of our little family.

I am looking forward to relaxing and spending some time with the family as well as my 50 mile bike ride on Sunday. Dreading Monday as it is back to work. LOL.

Happy friday!

Well, I hate to say it, but I'm kinda dreading this weekend. I agreed to go with some other moms to take our 13 yr. old daughters to a huge outdoor concert. While I look forward to spending time with my daughter, I do not look forward to being in a big crowd of screaming teeny-boppers, LOL! It's going to be a long day - we have to get there early enough to ensure that we get tickets.

I'm hitting up a Mom-2-Mom sale tomorrow with my M-I-L and I have a baby shower on Sunday for a dear friend of mine who is expecting her first baby a week after I am. :) It should be fun!

I enjoy the "down time" that the weekend offers. And we have a great church home so Sundays are great days for worship and fellowship. Blessings.

Sunday. When I get to Sunday, it means that my sister's engagement party is over (I'm stressing over what to wear!) and that DH has the day off.

I'm looking forward to the fact that I, personally, have no set plans. NOTHING. Maybe I'll go to the hair dressers, maybe not. Maybe I'll go food shopping, maybe not. But nothing is stopping me from doing these things. Which makes me the most excited.

Sure, my husband has plans, but they don't involve me! Unless he thinks he can finagle my behind onto a four wheeler.

Hmmmm, a good meal together? Hubs has had a crazy schedule lately and been quite grumpy. Hopefully we can all settle down and have a yummy dinner and some civilized conversation ;)

We are having a quiet week-end at home. Maybe we'll hit the apple orchards or the deer farm, not positive! My highlight will be going out to eat Saturday evening with the Hubs and the kids!
