Aloha Friday 22 January

Seeing how it is Friday, today's question is going to require as little brain power as possible.

The question for today: What is your favourite winter activity?

Mine used to be skiing, unfortunately it is no longer an option. Now I am content with walking and on the few occasions it does snow, spending s much time in the snow s possible.

Visit An Island Life for more fun Aloha Fridays.

My favorite thing to do in the winter is walk around where I live or have a snow ball fight with my fiance. We both get really serious about it and yet can't stop laughing. It is so much fun!

I was in snow once and loved making a snowman. However, it was a lot harder to do than I thought. They make it look so easy in the movies. LOL!

I love skating :)

Does sitting on my recliner eating rice cakes count?

If not I'll say...watching my kids in the snow. I don't like the cold myself. :)

I like to just play and sled. I love the snow and my kid loves the snow so we really enjoy it when it comes to our area (which isn't very often).

I did a blog post on Snow Impressions about fun winter activities...taking the grandkids to the cabin at Big Bear, while I shopped in the village...curling up before a fire with a hot drink and a good book.

I used to love sledding...alas, those days are over.

it doesn't snow here-so nothing different-other than NOT swimming in the pool during the winter. :)

I enjoy reading a good book in front of a nice warm fire. Being out in the cold is just not for me.

I love to play outside in the snow with my son when we get enough snow. When it's yucky outside, I love to curl up with a good book.

We love to go snowboarding...although we haven't been in awhile. We also enjoy going to our timeshare in Genoa, NV and soaking in the hot springs while it's snowing. And we love to go tubing in South Lake Tahoe.
Happy Friday!

Around here here, in Hawaii, my fave winter activity is whale watching! :)

Well, here in Colorado we get lots of experience with winter activities. Some of mine are cozying up with a book inside under a warm blanket, tubing, watching the dogs run around in the fresh powdered snow and the rest of my family likes to ski.

The kids love sledding. I am a spectator not a participant.

We do have some snowshoes too, and I actually enjoy doing that, but we don't do that enough either.

Here in Puerto Rico, we don't see changes on seasons so, we do the same play outside, camping, parties, etc.

Thanks for stopping by blog today.

Happy Friday and weekend!

Before marriage and kids, I used to love going to watch hockey in the winter. Now that is fun from time to time, but I love to sit inside in the warm and knit.
